Accommodation in Sydney have a four tiered rating system:
Executive + :Ultra modern property with high standard fitout. Building will have
concierge & pool & gym facilities
Executive :Same as exec + but may not have air con and building facilities
Executive - :High standard of interior fitout in less modern buildings
Economy :Still good quality interior fitout in older buildings
ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO A CHECKOUT CLEAN FEE OF:
