Accommodation in Sydney have a four tiered rating system:
Executive + :Ultra modern property with high standard fitout. Building will nomally have
concierge & pool & gym facilities.
Executive :Same as exec + but may not have air con and building facilities
Executive - :High standard of interior fitout in less modern buildings
Economy :Still good quality interior fitout in older buildings
Rates are indicative only and are subject to seasonal changes.
ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO A CHECKOUT CLEAN FEE OF:
1 Bedroom - $150.00
2 Bedroom - $225.00
3 Bedroom - $320.00
Long Stays 3 months and over will incur an extra cleaning charge of $100
